Username and Password Creation

In order to create your own username and password your agency must be enrolled in our Certified Sandals Specialist program. To enroll all you need to do is download the CSS Enrollment form under Commonly Used Forms on the right-hand side of the page and fax the completed form with a copy of your IATA List or Clia Certificate to (305) 663.4355.
